MAZEEJ TRADING L.L.C delivers to all locations within the United Arab Emirates, including:

- Dubai - Abu Dhabi - Sharjah - Ajman - Ras Al Khaimah - Fujairah - Umm Al Quwain

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within the UAE.

Standard delivery across the UAE takes 24-48 hours from the date of order confirmation.

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday. Delivery times may vary during public holidays.

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Your payment confirmation email will include your Order Number and a summary of your purchase. Please keep this email for your records.

Once you place an order, you will receive:

1. A payment confirmation email within 24 hours 2. An order confirmation email with your Order Number 3. A shipping notification when your order is dispatched 4. Delivery updates via email or SMS

Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout, as all communications will be sent to the email and phone number provided.

Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders of AED 150 or more.

For orders below AED 150, a flat delivery fee applies based on your emirate:

- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: AED 30 - Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: AED 35

The exact delivery fee is always displayed at checkout before payment.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during business hours (9am-6pm).

Upon delivery: - Inspect the package for any visible damage - Verify the contents match your order - Sign the delivery receipt

If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please note them on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

If delivery cannot be completed due to: - No one available to receive the order - Incorrect address provided - Access issues at the delivery location

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

For bulk or wholesale orders, delivery timeframes may vary depending on stock availability and order size.
